HIPs for Northampton and Milton Keynes

We offer Fully Compliant Home Information Packs (HIPs) in Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire at a competitive rate.
We are a small business attached to a larger provider which enables us to reduce our overheads
and offer these rates without compromising on quality or turnaround time.

The order process:-

	Go to the Order Page
	Make payment using our Google Checkout page or contact us to pay by other means.
	Once payment is received we will contact you to arrange an appointment time to carry out the Energy Inspection and complete the Proprty Information Questionaire (PIQ).
	Once the EPC has been carried out the 'Basic HIP' will be compiled to allow the property to be marketed.
	The Basic HIP will be emailed to yourself and an estate agent if required.
	The search company will carry out the relevant searches within 28 days and once complete the Full HIP will be emailed. (You do not need to wait for the searches to be completed before the property can be marketed)
	We will email your estate agent and yourself the HIP. Hard copies can be purchased for £25 + vat.
